Yeah! It's made with beer! The water in this recipe was replaced with beer. (One for me, one for the soap, one for me...) The beer adds a rich, creamy lather. Yes, it does smell like beer, but is scented with a fragrance mix of beer, honey, and peppercorn. More complex than just beer. Detergent-free and rich, clean rinsing lather.
Ingredients: Plant based. Each ingredient is selected with care and purpose. Nothing extra. No weird stuff. Handmade in small batches using olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, rice bran oil, castor oil, and rich avocado oil. Colored with cosmetic grade micas and titanium dioxide. Phthalate-free fragrance.
Please note: This listing is for one bar and the weight of each bar is 4.0-4.5 ounces. Each bar is unique and will vary slightly from picture. Handmade soap contains a lot of glycerin, which attracts water. This is great for the skin, but not so great for your soap bar sitting in a soap dish with water. To extend the life of your handmade soap, keep dry as possible between uses. Using a soap dish such as this one can help keep your bar dry. Read more about glycerin in handmade soap here.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
